We did 2 sets which took 2 hours. Afterwards I was tired, I needed to wee and I was soaking wet with sweat. It was great exercise though and playing Steve is fun.
@ Steve-o: Yeah, I was knackered, but that's good. The racket is good eh? it's light and the grip is wonderful.
@ Gled: You don't have to be THAT intellectual at all mate, coordination is far more important. And... practice makes perfect. I have a LOT of practicing to do! ;-)

I agree... today's match was great, but pretty tiring. At least I have a week of rest before our next match.
