Turkish sweets (kataifi)

I passed the turkish shop today and could not resist buying two of these guys. I can't remember what they are called but they are super sweet and super juicy and I love them. I should never buy them again though hehe.

When you bite in to them the sweet juice just comes dripping right out...

    It's called "kataifi". It's very similar to baklava, but the filo dough is finely shredded.

    I love it, especially with strong coffee.

    @ ma: het is niet zo zeer vettig, het is doordrenkt met honing denk ik. Mierzoet :-)
