I took the train to Alkmaar today to visit my folks for mothers day. Not this train, this one was going to Germany.
Not this one either.
Ilse, Cassie and I gave my mom (and dad) a new digital camera. Here is my mum unpacking it.
My dad got to unpack the less exciting camera-pouch ;-)
And then it was dinner time. Rather lovely (very Dutch main) stuff. This was the entree. A lovely salad.

Isn't it mother's day in America as well? Our mother's day was weeks ago. I gave me mum a fake diamond ring!
Your new digs look nice. Do you have a garden too?
ReplyDelete@ Angeli: There is a 2x5 meter yard, can't call it a garden really. It gets hardly any sun however and I am thinking of building an extension there when I have the money. Adding 10 square metre to my place will make the value rocket up.
