Can you tell the difference?

This is Mr. Boots. He was in the office today. Mr. Boots looks like he don't take no shit from no one. Really he's a cutie. All he wants is your attentioooooon.

I don't know what this is. Something out of the sewer I presume.... I barely managed to photograph it.

    The botom one is one of them " only his mother can love", or is freezing his "behind" in the cold wetter + wind ;))
