Snapping a few pictures from the window with almost maximum zoom. This is one of the old Melbourne trams.
This is a... yes! It's a church.
At a quarter to eleven Marissa came up to start our day on the town.
While we walked in to town we saw this office that has it's administration stuck on the window in the form of post-it notes. I guess they're trying to save hard-drive space...
Nicole found a big purse. I absolutely love sculptures like this. I wish we saw more of this stuff.
The avarage look of a street in the city.
And then all of the sudden it was there: Lord of the fries. The ONLY place outside The NL and Belgium I have ever seen that sells fries with peanut sauce. It wasn't quite like the real thing but it was good nevertheless.
Then it was time for todays main outing: The Melbourne aquarium. It was VERY hard photographing the fish because they don't really understand to swim still for a photo...
Crayfish?
A goofy looking shark.
There are a lot of high rises in Melbourne. Quite nice ones too.
While walking back to our hotel we saw this grafitti.
Yeah, Melbourne is a busy little town...
This is our make-shift blogging facility. We have a great kitchen but no desk. Oh well, it works fine.

Strange that they've got an internet connection in the room but no place to put the laptop.
Does the laptop's battery get hot enough to do the ironing? :-)
@ Kees: They get you a cable that is long enough to reach the bed. You could sit on one side, looking on to the city. And where would you put a LAPtop you think? ;-)
Where to put a laptop? Under your ear!
