Actually her suitcase looks bigger in your photo than in hers.
Another thing. There is a loop hole in the parking system here in Baltimore. Those parking tickets are good for ANYWHERE in the city. BUT tickets in downtown cost more than tickets in other areas. So people buy their ticket in, say, East Baltimore and then park downtown.
@ Craig: That may be because in my photo she's standing next to it? ;-)
