Our palm tree.
The tree at Victoria Square.
Somehow a pizza was stuck to the ground behind the bench and attracted loads of pigeons.
A big mag pie was interested as well and the pigeons disappeared.
A little miner bird was also developing an interest.
And when the mag pie left...
... the miner bird took its chance.
After work we went out for drinks. Because the Adelaide office RULES! We made a lot of money in June and July so we earned booz. This was the view.

They have carpaccio here which I ordered at the bar.
Afterwards I walked to my pickup spot. I passed the fountain in Rundle mall.
Big city bright lights.

I love the image of the war memorial Jill
The birds the birds!
Do you know 20 years ago London used to be full of sparrows. They frequently pecked around in the midst of flocks of pigeons and people loved them ... now they're all gone and no-one knows quite how or where ...
@ Jill: Glad you do :-)
@ Gleds: Same with Amsterdam. It has to do with their breeding places disapearing. They needs shrubs and hedges and things like that.
I love carpaccio---you can't get here because of all the health regulations if that makes any sense, since all our meat has hormones, antibiotics, radiation, ecoli........
@ Craig: That's really sad mate. Really, really sad.
