What does Seatrout actually do? It looks like there's just one big deck up top and no cabins...?
Did you know Saddam Hussein's personal "yacht" came on sale, complete with operating theatre, secret submarine launch etc etc... they only wanted $15 million for it, and yet nobody wanted to buy it!
If I had $15 million spare I'd definitely have gone for a yacht with submarine launch and a (hopefully fully stocked) operating theatre...
