When I got home I exercised for 30 minutes burning some calories. What did I eat today? Well, for breakfast I had cruesli with milk. Lunch was a mini baguette with brie cheese and a small bottle of fruit juice. And the above picture was my dinner. That's tomato with mozzarella and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some pepper. And low fat yoghurt with cruesli. I also had one slice of bread (with nothing on it).
That dinner just sits wonderfully inside me :-)
