The second proteine diet, day 6.

Breakfast.

I went up the attic for some DIY.

I fixed 2 out of 6 ceiling lights upstairs. Finally there's light again!

Did you ever eat raw herring? I like pickeled herring a lot but never tried it raw. Sounds low carb though. cyber_tyger from Canada.
