My mom in hospital

I went to Alkmaar after work to visit my mom in hospital. On the way there I walked along the old city walls. This is one of the medieval locks.

This is Piet's mill. A lovely old windmill.

And this is my mom. She had hip-surgery and she was doing well.

There are also little gnomes living in front of the hospital.
