The loading zone

Plant.

We had brunch at Scoozi's. Pizza FTW!

And a cappuccino.

After a very relaxed morning we had to get stressed in the supermarket. I thought the loading zone looked cool.

I picked untouched apples.

Our shopping. A lot of healthy stuff I think. No sugar things, no crisps.

Apparently Sméagol shops at our mall as well. Didn't see him though. Must've been looking for his presciousssss.

I spent a very large part of the afternoon on the veranda. I sat in the sun and read a book. So relaxing.

Feeding time.

The day before the weekend.

I went to work with the bus this morning. Took ages. Unpleasant ride. Stupid people. Too little space to sit really. Yuck. This is my view from the bus stop.

Beer o'clock.

We had dinner at the pub. I was hungry.

The fantastic lunch

My colleague Luke recently went to this hotel called Hotel Richmond in Rundle mall and thought it was my kinda style.

And he was 100% correct!

Luke ordering at the bar.

Luke and Natalie.

Natalie had potatoes, mushrooms and broccolini. All VERY tasty.

Luke had home made tortellini. Absolutely beautiful.

I have finally found a place that does carpaccio. It was my starter: herb crusted beef carpaccio with beetroot aiolo and wild rocket. It was sensational.

Main was organic chicken breast rolled with pistachio stuffing and baby vegetables. Hmmmmmmm.

Lunch was fantastic. Also a fantastic surprise because I did not expect to see this kind of fine food here. And the company was just as fine of course :-)

On our way back to the office there was a band performing. It got quite busy!

In the afternoon we had our group photo taken at work. Bunch of geeks.

St. Vincent

The little dove has figured out that it can also land on the cup of food when we take it to the cockies. It seems to be waiting in the morning and when you least expect it she makes a move.

My lunch 'entree' was a vegetable springroll.

My lunch 'main' was beef loong bean with steamed rice. Very nice.

St. Vincent.

When we came home the dove was waiting for us of course.

But so was my computer!

The Rundle Lantern

I had a salad for lunch.

After work I walked to restaurant Lemon grass. I passed the Rundle Lantern on my way.

I had a very nice dinner with these two lovely ladies, Nicole and Gianna.

The little dovie.

The little dovie came to say hello this morning. Say hello to the food that is. She let me pet her tail for the first time. But only for 10 seconds, then it was enough :-)

For the first time in five weeks I had lunch at the fountain again.

ACE!

A rose in our front garden.

For the first time in five weeks again we had breakfast at Scoozi's in town again. It was great to be out again. I love going out for breakfast. It's soooo relaxed. For some reason it feels nicer than dinner even.

I had to grab some poffertjes from the Dutch Adelaide poffertjes lady. They were great as usual.

Then we walked up and down the market.

Instead of walking through town we drove to Glenelg.

I had ACE gelato, the best in the world. Simply sensational.

Then we saw the beach.

While walking back to the car I spotted this beauty. Nice piece of work. Excellent.

In my attempt to eat more healthy I made another salad today. Enough veggies for the rest of the week!
