The baseball

Milan had to play his first baseball game after the summer-stop. Eventhough it was fun watching his team play, the semi-professional game next door was also very nice to watch!

This was at the Hoofddorp Pioniers. They have made a professional stadium hoping to attract major league games but some financers bailed and their plan failed, leaving them with a very expensive stadium. I guess we should enjoy it while it lasts...

These guys are so much faster and hit so much harder. Unreal...

When milan's game was over we stayed to watch a bit more.

The mini cake

One of my colleagues got married recently and got us all mini cakes. Very nice :-)

The beach-day

I took the day off because the weather was great and we wanted to hit the beach. The four of us went their and Hanny and Herman were already there.

It was an awesome day and I loved it. Must do it again sometime :-)

On the way back home we had to get into town where this gorgeous car was parked. (AZ is my hometown's football club ;-) )

While I was waiting for Simone to finish some shopping this little guy came to see if I had any food left, which I did not. Sorry little friend...

The swans

When I came from work today I saw this big row of swans swimming past. They looked awesome.

In the evening I took my Mustang for a spin to get it some much needed exercise. At some point the new Airbus 380 from Emirates flew past. Impressive aircraft!

Coke on a speedboat - he he he

This article was in the news but I think I'm the only one that finds it funny. It reads "Mexican navy discovers 800 kilogram of cocaine on a speedboat".

I mean, seriously, that's funny no? If you don't get it something's wrong with you ;-P

In the evening Simone and I went for a nice walk again.

Too tired

Back to work after a non-existing weekend. Too tired to make any interesting photos...

More time spend on the doors

Today was a continuation of yesterday. I've only been busy painting the new doors which was a big job and I barely had enough time before the kids came home again. But I got it done. No pictures though.
