The night out

This morning I played baseball with Simone in a parents team against the kids. It was real fun.
When we got home I sat down and pretty soon Silver came to sit with me.

Early evening I went in to town to meet Mic and Gerrit for pints and whiskey.

Mmmmmmh. Guinness. Lovely.

There was a good band playing Bluegrass which was fun. And the volume was actually good so you could still chat. I had a very nice evening!

The cat break

I forgot to make photos today. Most of the day I was at work restraining myself from flipping out about people pushing their own agenda against better judgement of people who actually know a thing or two, and in the process consume ~my~ precious developer-time to help them. It pissed me off but thankfully I have learned to let go...

The coathanger

Silver got a housie! We hope he will also use it to sharpen his nails and stop using the walls for that ;-)

At work I scored a coathanger. Our office is super complete now!

And Silver was being very cute again, sorry ;-)

Walking to work

I drove my Corsa to the garage. The garage isn't very close though, kinda at the edge of civilization really...

For some reason I decided to walk to work.

It took me 75 minutes...

In the afternoon Ilse texted me saying she was gonna drive past my office on the highway in the paddy wagon. So I looked and saw this car passing, but that actually were her colleagues!

There she is! She was waving but you can't really see it...

Not a day goes past without loving little Silver.

Hello autumn

Waiting for the bus. It's cold in the mornings now, autumn has arrived in all it's glory.

The wedding

I have taken today off so I can be at Patricia and Martijn's wedding.

It's more than an hour's drive at Wijenburg castle. Very nice venue though!

Mara and Ray were there as well.

The ruined game

8AM it was when I drove Milan to Heerhugowaard for a baseball game. When we got there the weather was shit.

But then it cleared up and the game started on time.

Except it lasted for 15 minutes when another downpour ruined the field and we were forced to quit the game... At least I got a nice drive out of it ;-)

Back home, Silver was cute as he can be... And lazy too ;-)
