The drive

At the super market, we now get seeds (not THAT kind) that kids can grow veggies from at home. Pretty neat I reckon. Ours are coming along nicely.

After shopping I went to my car. The weather was great. It fired the third time I started which was good. After running for a while I poured a litre of oil in the tranny. Changing gears went a lot better after that. I also checked if the choke would open but it did not. But I took it for a little spin anyway, just around the little town where it's parked. Was a nice quick drive.
Also the speedometer was working again (it wasn't the last time I drove coz I didn't connect it properly after I took the instrument panel out).

Simone made lovely filled peppers for dinner. She makes nice things :-)

The kids were at their dad's so we had a quiet evening together.

The fire extinguisher

Today I finally got me a fire extinguisher that uses foam instead of powder. Powder is shit for cars so this is good.

The cop

After work I went to get pizza. Just after I ordered these coppers came in with labour-inspectors. I had to wait over 20 minutes...

I took a pic of this copper standing in front of the shop's poster-wall. I think it makes a cool cut-out.

White heroin and beer

I went to the dentist early mornin' to have a hard pice in my gum checked. It was tissue, not left-over tooth. SO that was nice. Walking in to town to catch the tram to work I saw they had put up warnings again. Apparently there white heroin and if you snort it you die. Lovely.
Seriously, why would you, ever...

In the evening I had a Miller beer. It had been ages since I had a Miller. I liked it a lot. It's a nice beer.

Demolision in progress in town (Rokin). They took down a very ugly building. I hope they'll build something decent...

When I got home I found this scaffolding in front of my house. They are replacing all our window frames except for mine because they were replaced less than 10 years ago.

The movie

Because Simone injured her back quite bad again, I helped distributing Larissa's papers. I like my new bike very much. It's a nice ride :-)

Since it was the last day of the school holiday and wanted to do something nice, we went to the movies. Pathe Zaandam has this awesome golden toilet.

We saw "Michiel de Ruyter". A movie about Holland's most famous naval Admiral. In his days he whooped Brittish and French ass quite hard...
