Boerenkool!

It was time to do some dusting!

I found this coin. It's a Finnish 1 Euro.

In the evening I made "Boerenkool" (kale) for the first time in my life. it was really easy and I loved it. I made some meatballs as well just for the gravy.

The gravy is served in a little dimple in the middle :-)

Meet Pluk!

At 7:45 they removed a car that had parked in a spot that was marked for being kept clear. I was awake already so the noise didn't bother me.

Also the noise of a jackhammer on the other side of the wall next to me at 7 o'clock didn't really wake me up.

This woke me up:

At 6:15 this crane rolled in to my street. Of course they never turn off the engine, why would you bother?

It was used to hoist materials up for the building around the corner.

My colleague Dustin brought a little doggy with him today! Meet Pluk! Pluk is very cute and VERY well behaved :-)

On the way home the sunset was beautiful.

Skyfall

Kraanspoor building again. It looks very nice in the sun light.

Row, row, row your boat...

I went to see the new 007 movie "Skyfall" with many colleagues in a corporate viewing at the cinema. The movie was OK and just that really.

Foundation

They've started making the foundation for an addition to one of the houses. The mess ain't getting any less...

On my way home this woman kept standing right in the middle until the ferry door came down. Then she quickly jumped aside.

Birds

Birds. Lots of birds. Somebody in my hood feeds them breadcrumbs from a bakery every single morning.

Scary me.

Played squash against Mic again and it was fun. Naturally he managed to somehow win one set. Fuck knows how he does it...

I ate the whole apple, yes.

Fresh fruit was delivered at work.

I felt like eating the whole apple. When I say "whole", I mean "whole", aye?

Cake Loves Coffee

I went to Cake Loves Coffee and I had coffee and cake. Black coffee and carrot cake to be exact. And it was good!
