Last day at the old office.

Tomorrow we move in the new office. This means I only have to take the ferry one more last time to work tomorrow and that's it. No more ferry. At least not to get to work...  So today I'm making a few pics of my journey to and from work one more time.

This is my current work location. The building is nearly empty apart from half of the ground floor.

At the end of the day I took my desk apart and put my stuff in 3 boxes. Tomorrow is D-day for us.

For some reason the busiest connection at the busiest time gets the smallest ferry. Seriously... This one does have 1 row of seats all the way at the back though and I love sitting in the corner. It gives me the feeling I'm doing a mini cruise for 10 minutes. I sat there one last time to enjoy the views.

My ferry in the morning was called "Jumbo" but it's the smallest ferry around.

I still like my shades a lot. Today is my last day being 40. Starting my 41st year tomorrow. I still feel under 30. I probably still act like even younger hahaha :-P

When I got home I exercised for 30 minutes burning some calories. What did I eat today? Well, for breakfast I had cruesli with milk. Lunch was a mini baguette with brie cheese and a small bottle of fruit juice. And the above picture was my dinner. That's tomato with mozzarella and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and some pepper. And low fat yoghurt with cruesli. I also had one slice of bread (with nothing on it).

That dinner just sits wonderfully inside me :-)

And going home again. I also worked but that was boring ;-)

I went to Mic's for dinner and to play squash. When I arrived he was still doing some DIY.

After work I saw the nile geese family. I approached them slowly and they let me come close.

They have 4 little babies.

Mom and dad were watching my every move. I sat with them for about 5 minutes. beautiful birds.

Then I caught my ferry home.

It was a small one again for whatever reason. The nice thing about it though, is that all the way at the back there are seats outside. When you sit there the ferry ride becomes kinda like a mini cruise :-)

Moving office

Yeah, so, this is what's happening behind my house. When I came home I could taste the dust...

My colleague Hans brought me this book. Apart from it being a fun book, it appears to also give some insight in to the lives of people with asperger syndrome. This may come in handy soon.

In the afternoon I had to move office with everybody else from my block. It's shit but what can I do? I took care of my plant myself. Don't want others to screw around with it.

And there it is, next to my new desk. It's a nice working place.

We had some drinks and snacks to celebrate our successful move.
