The awesome skies

As I got off the ferry I noticed the sun rise was colouring the sky beautifully.

Looking towards work there was a big hail storm passing by. It just missed me thankfully!

The sun

The sun was trying really hard to get through the clouds this morning.

It looked like it was trying to crack open the sky for us.

It looked so beautiful that more people started making pictures.

This is the very last thing left standing from the burned down CityBox building. Everything has been flattened now...

In the evening I had dinner with Simone and her family in honour of her late dad's birthday. It was a very nice dinner at a tapas resto in a town called Purmerend.

This was some art project that should make you hear shit from far away. I tried it of course but heard fuck all. I wanted it to be a rocket pack. Much cooler.

Waking up with 2 cats and a dog

Inge went running this morning. I slept in a bit and woke up with her furry friends. This is Lut.

This is Wentel. I like her. She came to say hello and check on me a lot while I sat outside in the sun.

This young little cat is Snoes. Very playful.

I watched the clouds pass in front of the sun until Inge came home.


She made this photo of me in the sun. I got quite a tan actually...

And then it started to hail.

The streets turned white.

On my way home I noticed past Nic's shop. She was in so I stopped for a chat but then ended up finishing all the paint work ;-)

The Simpsons clouds

While driving to see Anna, Gianna's mum, in the hospital today (she had 1 hip replaced for the 2nd time), looking at the clouds made me hum the start-tune from The Simpsons.

The Simpsons clouds were everywhere today, even on our way into the Adelaide hills.
