Walking through a little park in Haarlem.

I saw Mr. Crow sitting on a bridge and I said hi. He wasn't scared of me.
Marjolein was baking a cranberry cake.

She's got a huge willow in her garden that needed trimming a long time ago. It makes for very cool photos though.

The finished cake. It was rather delicious :-)

We went to the beach again even though the weather was complete shit. It didn't rain too hard fortunately. The water running off the beach made a little river.
Movie of the little river.

The very good day
Fresh OJ in the morning. Good start.
A new boat was docked. It's the Bandura. Work-wise I finally made progress. I'm trying to tackle a bit of a complicated piece right now but I think I'm there.
Said hi to these swans on my way to the ferry. Beautiful animals.
I picked up Marjolein at the station and she cooked dinner at my place which was very nice. Then we had a bit of a rest before going out.
There was a very good folk band playing in Mulligans tonight. I'm not much for folk really but for these guys I'll make an exception.
Gerrit and Marjolein.

The angry phone call.
I worked from home today because I was too tired and needed an extra hour of sleep. The day was uneventful but I did go see Eva in the evening which was very nice. She was a bit pooped as well though so we bought pizza and vegged out. She had to make an angry phone call to her cell phone operator but it turned out she forgot about the new sim-card they sent her a month ago ;-)

Van Gogh.
The neighbours across were using an interesting method to lift a container...
My lonely lunch.
There was a big fire today. First I thought it was a cloud but when reading the news I saw there was a big fire west of us and that the cloud was actually smoke...
I like this painting at the station.

This little doggie was left outside of the supermarket and it is well behaved enough to wait outside in front of the open entrance without being tied to anything. That's very impressive.

The new Fiat 500
Does it need an explanation?
My colleague Paul in his new Fiat 500. Nice little car, has more umpf than you'd think! We played squash again and he was kind enough to let me loose by 8-0 this time, instead of 13-0 like last time...

The driving cat.
I fed the birds on my way to the station.
The Thalys to Paris was parked funny.
I'm NOT a hit-man!
My dad gave me a fishy. One that turned to stone actually.
The bird house at my folks'.
After a bit of a chat with my parents I cycled to Ilse and Cassie. They fed me cake.
One of their cats. Somehow this picture gives me the feeling this cat is driving a car...
Then I cycled back.
Had dinner with the folks.
There were pears...
... and apple crumble. Very nice apple crumble I should say!
The clock I inherited from my grandma has been cleaned and it's happily ticking away. One day it will be in my house again :-)
