The date

Great weather for a date today!

I met her in the park.

And we had a little picnic!

To friends!

I like this one because I have some great friends :-)

I "borrowed" this 6 pack from a colleague ;-) I'll replace it with other nice beer soon though!

My tram didn't go all the way home. I walked the last bit and when I got at my stop I saw that one tram broke the wire above. Bit dangerous...

I had a shower and walked in to town to meet friends for dinner. I had a great evening. Laughed my head off :-)

Gulls like to look for fish behind the ferry.

I sat on a bench in the sun during lunch. I had a bloody cold today :-/

Thankfully I wasn't sick enough to cancel my date with Eva. We went out for a meal at I Trulli. Apart from needing to blow my nose every 10 minutes we had a lovely evening eating outside.

The cocoa bean

To avoid bad ferryquette they have now clearly marked where to stand while waiting. Cleverrrrrrr.

It seemed to be working!

A colleague gave me this cocoa bean for me to try (eat). It was one of the filthiest things I ever tasted!

The ice cream van drove by today. That was a lot better!

Little ferry to work again.

I was very early and had time to do a little photo shoot with the Swan family.

The babies are so beautiful :-)

The nile geese

After work I saw the nile geese family. I approached them slowly and they let me come close.

They have 4 little babies.

Mom and dad were watching my every move. I sat with them for about 5 minutes. beautiful birds.

Then I caught my ferry home.

It was a small one again for whatever reason. The nice thing about it though, is that all the way at the back there are seats outside. When you sit there the ferry ride becomes kinda like a mini cruise :-)

The pint(s)

The weather was fantastic but I really needed to stay home for a day and clean and do house-stuff. Had the window open playing music all day long.

But in the evening I crawled outside and walked to the pub to meet Mic. This tree is in bloom on the Leidsegracht.

And then there was Guinness. And everything was good :-)
