The boatride

I still wasn't feeling well today. I slept for about 5 hours but still felt very weak. Playing World of Warcraft is nice and easy and distracting. But after an hour or so I'm so tired I wanna lie down again...

I went on a magic-powered speedboat ride today ;-)

Meet Ribica, my Pandoran monk.

For some reason I felt a strong urge to pick up World of Warcraft again. So I bought the latest expansion...

... and created a Pandoran Monk. It's fun. And to break with my past, I made it join the alliance instead of the horde. This will give me access to all new quests and areas :-)

The '73 Mustang

CAKE! Everybody at my work has been writing testcases and re-doing tests for about 4000 issues in 2 days which is quite an achievement. It's a bitch of a job but that's one of the things I like about ChipSoft, we do really get huge things done if we must.

My World of Warcraft Monoploy was delivered! Love it :-)

After work a colleague drove me to a Ford Mustang that was for sale. It looked great from a distance but it's going to need quite some work in a few years. I can't do that for the money he's asking for it...

The happy plant

The plants in my little urban-micro-garden are starting to bloom again. Awesome!

My druid went back to his birth grounds, looking over the planes of Mulgore. It's always quiet here.

Marjolein came over and I made us a vietnamese chicken salad. Was quite nice.

Old Crafty

I played a bit of WoW tonight and finally, after a few thousand fish, I have caught Old Crafty!

Meeting Thrall

I had a meeting with Thrall in the morning. But then he got kidnapped and I had to kill a hundred elementals to free him again together with his lady friend ;-) Everything went well and at the end he gave me a nice cloak!

Cake Loves Coffee now has opening times on the window.

Got my raptor mount!

A new day a new ship (it seems)

On the way home again.

We have elections coming up. The slogans are getting dumber and more meaningless every year...

I finally got my raptor mount after feeding it for 20 days :-)

The RayJoy edition.

Raymond and Joyce visited today! It was very nice seeing them again. I studied with Ray and we're still in touch which is actually really nice :-) (I made them pose for the photo btw)

They brought me an awesome gift! It's one of these things that you can take apart but then have a hell of a time with to put it back together.

My raptor has now grown waist high. 8 days to go.

I got a new pump already!

The central heating repair guy showed up around 11:30 and was actually able to fix me a new pump! Now my house is warm again :-)

I rode a sea turtle.

The main event of the day was at midnight. The new World of Warcraft expansion "Cataclysm" went live at 12:01AM. It introduces the ability to fly in the old lands finally and people were very eager to get it.

Mr. Davenport is in town!

My tauren druid was given a puppy today. It's a French bulldog, very cute. It even rubs it's arse over the floor and then sniffs it...

I went to the airport today. Some guy came off the plane wearing this T-shirt. I love it (except the colour)

Dinner was purchased at the Burger bar. The burger was good but the chips are not my thing.

Rob from Australia is visiting Amsterdam this weekend. We had dinner with The G.

Rob posing under the Rembrand statue. I think the guy lying on the street was laughing at his own shoes... Oh well.

We sat outside Mulligans where Barry and someone else were practicing their hurling skills.

The other guy in action.

Beaten by a dragon...

I had lunch with Nicole at cafe Edel. They make a wonderful cappuccino.

That's the terrace we sat at. It was very nice in the sun.

We both needed shopping so we did that as well.

When I came home I tried to take down the dragon Onyxia with 24 other people but we only had time for two failed attempts, which was a pity. All the people you see in this screen are REAL. It's a 25-person effort and if one or two people screw up it's a waste of everybody's time and effort basically. Still fun though :-)

In the evening I felt a need to go out again. I just didn't want to stay indoors. So I asked Nic again if she felt like eating somewhere and we went to James gate in town.

It was dark when we went home. The moon stood above the canal.

My effing sink is blocked...

I woke up with a sore throat and a small cold. I was tired and fearing a headache. To make my morning the best ever my kitchen sink decided to start blocking completely. I don't know why. I am not flushing any funny shit nor am I flushing big things. Bottom-line: I can't use my kitchen sink anymore. Need to call landlord tomorrow...

Serenity now... serenity now... serenity now... (insanity later)

I flew my Tauren around a bit in a helicopter today.

In the afternoon my mom and dad came around. I cooked them dinner. They liked it.

I also had cake to go with the coffee. Yummmmm :-)

More Gado Gado.

My latest dr00d l00t on my iPhone. Good stuff.

Car wrecks from the burned down City Box. They're keeping them separate for some reason.

I got a few more magic cards at work.

My Gado Gado lunch was very nice. Tomorrow again :-)

After work I went to the Game keeper games shop to buy a few more cards.

Somebody is going to be upset...

ToC 25.

My breakfast. Rather nice.

I cooked lunches for two days. They will be my main meals.

I went on my first 25-man raid in three years today. It was fun!
