The birthday trip

In the afternoon my mom and dad came to pick me up and together we drove to a town called Putten to celebrate my uncle's 65th birthday. I hope it was in here but no...

Walking past this beautiful tree...

Following the little signs....

Crossing small wooden bridges....

We arrived where the little cakes were. It was fun to see some of my family again :-)

The bunnies

There are wild bunnies next to my work.

They are a little bit scared...

The clothing container

I went to bring some clothes to the clothing container.

And guess what I saw opposite the clothing container?!

The line-up

I took my own coffee machine to work hoping to make nicer coffee than the company coffee machine. The first results are OK!

Yesterday I bought this stuff to grease the bolts with that I'm using to put the thermostat housing back on. With this they corrode a lot less apparently. Hopefully I'll never have to find out...

To celebrate a newBelgian client work let us all have Belgian chips for lunch. I love my employer!

Back at my own house it's getting a bit more empty now that I've also sold my wardrobes that used to be next to my bed.

The Toppers

Tonight we went to a concert of the "Toppers". It was in the Arena, a.k.a. the AJAX stadium. It's huge!

I'd normally not go to this event but Simone and the kids wanted to go badly and tickets were cheap so I went along.

It's a bit of an event, themed "Disco", and some old artists came along as well.

One of the guest performers was Rick Ashley. Yes, the real one. It was fun :-)

And the Dolly dots performed as well.

It was a long but fun evening, nice to have been there once but not sure I'll do it again ;-)
