When I left it had started raining. I took the tram in to town.

It was time for chips.

I'm testing this cruesli. It's nice but a little sweet.

In front of Central Station they're almost done removing the extra paving that was there.

The longer run

I went for a run again this morning. The weather was great and I felt energetic. Lately I felt I can do more than 30 minutes so I added 10. I ran for about 40 minutes and it went great!
