The fishies

The sun rise this morning was beautiful.

It was blinding too!

There was a birthday colleague and he gave me cake. I was happy.

Even happier I was when Simone let me drop by in the evening. We had a nice time and I got to see their new fish tank.

I also scored to tickets for the AZ-Roda JC soccer game of this weekend. It's in Alkmaar and I'm taking my dad there. I'm very much looking forward to that!

The meeting

Another glorious sunrise.

I had a meeting with colleagues and customers this morning. We showed the software I had been working on the past few weeks. They were pretty pleased they said and it showed during the meeting as well. It's nice to meet the people who will use your work :-)

When I returned these delicacies had magically showed up. Well, not really magically, my colleague Hans brought them. I told him to never EVER do so again, because I cannot stop eating them ;-)

Superb pancakes

Awesome sunrise on the ferry this morning.

I worked from home in the arvo because I had an appointment with the owner of the 3 houses next door and the renovations he's doing.

In the evening I felt like eating pancakes and Eva came to help me eat them :-)
I tried to make them thinner this time and also put the bacon in differently. It worked. They were very nice if I may say so :-)

Vroooooommmmmm

The sky in the morning as I left the house. This is my street/canal actually.

Tanja brought me (and herself) a present at work!

Check out our pressies in action ;-)

The neighbours are quite busy again.

"Kraanspoor" and the docks behind it.

Waiting for my ferry home.

Sunrise as I was going to work this morning.

The train I ordered last week was waiting for me at work. It's a nice little kit. It hasn't been made for quite a while...

I'm looking after my colleague Paul's plants because he's in South Africa for 3 weeks.
