I walked in to town early arvo.
I needed to get a few Christmas things for work so I went to the Christmas shop at the flower market which is open 365 days a year. It was frustratingly busy...
I mounted my new door knob in preparation for mounting an anti theft strip. I hope to do that tomorrow.
In the evening I went to Nicole to mount her new tellie on the wall. She then took me out for dinner. Jon joined us as well. It was a nice evening.

I had a lovely evening.
It was very windy this morning. All night and day actually. I didn't sleep very well.
My dinner.
In the evening I went to Mulligans. A band was playing and they were good. Especially their singer, Sophie. I love her voice. She's great. Anyway, I was there with quite a few friends. It turned out to be an unexpectedly nice evening. You know, one of those :-)

I forgot my keys :-/
This morning I left the house without my key and wallet. Very clever of me eh? So I had to walk to Nicole and get my spare key. Bless her for picking up the phone at 8AM. When I got back to my house it was past 9AM and I needed a shower badly by then. So I worked from home the rest of the day. This actually proved quite productive as I got 2 issues finished.
In the evening I went to Mulligans to escape the hordes of kids who'd come past my door for a Dutch version of trick or treat. I have no idea what it's called in English. In Dutch it's called "St. Maarten".
On my way home I went in to a computer shop to buy a copy of Windows 7. I was shocked at the low prices of printers... 44 euro's for a colour printer/scanner/copier. I realise it's not top of the range but still.

Greetings from Australia!
The Psycho Cowboy looks lost these days. I have the feeling it's got a leak...
I cooked a sateh dish with mince, red capsicum, onion and green beans tonight. It tastes very nice.
Friends from Australia sent me a card. Thanks Angeli and Ruud! :-)

Baby duckies!
A duck was very late with getting babies. She had 10. You only see 9 because one was already flattened down the road...
Sea-monkey seemed to be history. However, I believe I saw a very faint life sign in the tail. She's not going to make it through the night I think.
I need to look for Christmas decorations for my tree...

Bye bye sea-monkey.
A new ship is being fixed next door. It's the Admiralengracht.
This could be the last photo of my colleague Sylvester's sea monkey. We suspect it's dying...
A new theatre that's being build in an old block of houses.

I had dinner.
I pruned one of my plants. I'm hoping to get a few bonsai out of them.
I walked into town in the evening to meet Nicole and Gerrit at Meghna, an Indian restaurant.
It was a lovely and relaxing dinner. Just one of those spontaneous gigs that turn out well.
