I looked in to fixing Simone's dishwasher. Something in the lid broke and now the switch fell in and it can't be turned off. I think I've found a way to fix it but I have to collect some materials...
We went out for dinner. There was a huge storm raging and trees were already falling over. We had to enter the highway from the other side...
Dinner was lovely. It was one of those restaurants where they cook your food right in front of you. I particularly like their wok-food.

Pirate Vinnie
I took my car out for a little spin. I filled it up. This is just over half a tank. You do the math ;-)
I drove to Mic. He was home with Noortje who insisted on showing me her room. And then I found her pirate hat ;-)
Had to make a few photos of my car of course...

The korma
On the weekend I spotted this brand in the supermarket and I got very curious. Milan and I tried the korma tonight and it was actually quite nice!

Going out
It's now closed for cars behind Central Station. Great!
Construction is going strong in front of the HEMA.
There were a few birthdays at work. I really, really liked the cake at the front. It's Indonesian I believe and called "spekkoek" in Dutch, "layered cake" in English but I doubt it if that's the proper name.
After work I walked to Mulligans to meet Mic. Now there's construction at the Rokin. I believe there's going to be a park here...
And there's Mic! We had dinner at Wagamama's.
Then we went to Mulligans again and stood outside for a bit.
We used to take the little stolls out and hang outhere all afternoon in to the evening very often during the summer. But that all ended when I moved to Australia. Since then the rules have changed and you are actually not really allowed to have your drink outside at the front... Sad.
Plenty to see here :-)
Mic in front of the pub where we've been going for about 20 years.

Greetings from Glasgow
Town in front of Central Station.
They have made some kind of fake beach with leftover sand from the beach volleyball championships a few weeks back. Good luck guys...
My travel aunties sent me a card from Glasgow. Thank you!
