The chicken nuggets

Today I wanted to make chicken nuggets again and I did so with some help from Milan. All it takes is chicken breast, flower, egg and breadcrumbs.

Flower the chicken...

Dip it in some egg.

Crumb it.

Fry it.

Ready to eat when golden brown :-)

The Christmas card

Today we received our first Christmas card!

Apparently it was from me!  But I think it was written by a little boy called Milan ;-)

A shoe shop nearby was having a sale. I scored! I bought this nice, smart looking pair.

And I bought these casual shoes. Very nice! Me happy :-)

My colleague Alex drove to the place of the accident where I found her inside a restaurant where 3 ladies were looking after her. The cops showed up and decided to call an ambulance. I followed them to the hospital in her car. Several photos, blood and urine samples were taken while in First Aid. It was decided that she needed to stay for observation. She seemed reasonably OK as it could've been far worse...

I've seen the light!

Late morning I went to my car. The weather was great.

I installed the fixed-up instrument cluster and ran a few first tests without the engine running. Alternator light, high-beam indicator, turning signal lights and back-light was all functioning.
