In the evening Simone and I visited my parents. We passed the AZ soccer stadium. AZ!

First things first. Tonight the local soccer club from my birth-town is playing to become champions of The NL for this year. They're beating Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord.

In the morning I did 45 minutes of cross training.

My lunch. It was a microwave meal but a very good one. Lots of veggies.
