California

Our mall's parking has specially reserved spots for pram-pushers.

It also has the ugliest logo EVER.

One minute to nine in front of the post office...

Breakfast at Scoozi's. There was a LOT of noise coming from across the street.

Dead fish in the grass.

Saw the new Ferrari "California" in Rundle Street.

Later I was filling up my own shopping Ferrari in the supermarket...

At some stage people just flocked around me for some reason.

Grass is fixed.

I watched a very funny Star Trek episode.

Mason is with us today and the weekend.

It's very hard posing for the camera.

I seem to have forgotten a certain grass straw yesterday.

It's all good now.

Ready to rock and roll in one of Adelaide's fancier restaurants.

We went to the Red Ochre Restaurant. It was fantastic. There was beetroot carpaccio, kangaroo, salad, grilled barramundi, freshly baked bread and also a chocolate fondant. It was all sensational.

Mason was happy to see us again...

Lawn art.

Part of yesterdays work. I continued the front today.

My arty-farty impression of my work.

I threw the pigeons some seed.

I played some world of Warcraft too.

I threw myself a beer in the evening.

The artyfart edition.

We were selling the car this morning still. People called today and they wanted to see it in the afternoon. I was busy working in the garden and had to interrupt my work to take the car for an emergency car wash.

It was worth it because late afternoon they called to say that they want to buy it. Deposit tomorrow, sign-over next week. I can sell cars now! :-)

I picked up Nicole after work and she then drove us to an art exhibition of a friend, Andrew. We were early and had a cappuccino while waiting at a incredibly nice looking little restaurant. Totally up-market. I'd have loved to go there, if only I had more time...

The girl and the car.

The exhibition.

This is one of Naomi's paintings. I thought they were nice roses. But the painting is actually called "Pink cabbage". Oh, and it's for sale for $3,200.00.

I quite liked the paintings displayed. Both artists paint very differently.

I particularly liked this one from Andrew. I believe it was called "Cocksure" and it's for sale for $1,650.00.

These little ones were also for sale. $410.00 a pop. I don't know about that...

After the exhibition we drove down to Henley. This time we went to Evida. I had pizza. Only 9".

We were table 18.

Heaps good!

People were setting up stuff in the mall this morning. This is a little mini farm yard.

Rundle mall early afternoon.

I went to the immigration office to have my visa transfered to my new passport.

I had a couple of drinks with mates. We had a great time.

This doesn't fit, but I can't leave Adelaide without one. It's a "HEAPS GOOD" T-shirt. They only come in XL so I will definitely have to hit the exercise machines when I get back in NL...

Star... trekking... across the universe...

I didn't feel too great today. I have a bit of a cold. And it was cold outside. So I studied the birds from the inside.

I watched a double startrek episode during lunch.

And I played World of Warcraft.

The rainbow.

Sunday morning has become breakfast at Scoozi's morning. Just because it is a delightful way to start the day. Today was unfortunately also the last time I had poffertjes. Next weekend is the last weekend in Australia for me and we will not be able to go to the market then.

One of the newer stalls is a man that sells bonsai trees. I like bonsai trees a lot.

Late afternoon we went to Henley for some giros. It was cold and very windy.

Very windy indeed.

It's been very, very windy for a few days now...

On our way home it rained pretty bad but we did see one of the biggest and most beautiful rainbows so far.
