The plumbing

Today I'm starting phase 3 of my diet which means I can now have a normal breakfast again consisting of crackers with low fat toppings, low fat yoghurt and some fruit. It's awesome! And losing weight is going very well, 12 kilos less now :-)

I drove to my garage to fix the plumbing on my little sink. It went well except for me having to go back to the DIY store 3 times because I kept forgetting stuff...

In the afternoon we walked Milan's folders. He's not here right now so Simone and I had to do the work.

In the evening I was very tired and my back hurt. Silver kept me company for a while. He has grown so much...

Something that doesn't happen very often anymore now that Silver has fully grown up...

Happy 45th anniversary mom and dad!

My sister Ilse drove past my work again today. This time she told me in advance so I was actually on time with my camera (= iPhone).

Simone sent me pictures of Silver again, this time he was allowed to get a few cat-candy's. I thought this photo was very funny :-)

Today it's my mom and dad's 45th wedding anniversary. Such a long time! We went over for coffee in the evening, Ilse was there as well, it was a nice visit.
I forgot to take any photos so here's a very nice older one from 1 or 2 years ago.

The grouting

Enjoying my calendar at work. There's a pretty picture for August now :-)

I went to my garage and grouted the little tiled wall. It went quite well, especially for a first time :-)

The accident

There was a bit of an accident in the harbour today. The hospital helicopter flew over our building which drew my attention. Something bad went down inside the ship's belly while unloading cargo...

The beach lunch

Today we wanted to do something nice so we drove to Bergen aan Zee for a lunch at the beach.

The weather was great and so was our lunch.

Back home we had to walk the folders. I saw this mother duck with 8 ducklings in their puberty ;-)
