Lovely day!

I went to see my folks today. I brought my dad a bottle of booze for father's day. They got me free-bee flip-flops. I like :-)

Their garden. It was less sunny than predicted. What's new eh?

Simone came by late arvo after work. After a few drinks she and I went out for dinner at the "Zilte Zoen" restaurant in Egmond aan Zee.

Their food is really lovely. You can order lots of mini desserts. Toooo much! ;-)

The Indian take-away

It was a summer's day so I wore shorts. To work. Yes I did Sir!

11 babies! Sheeeees!

Saw this guy with 2 dogs in his bicycle-trailer. They seemed to have a great time.

I haven't had Indian take-away since I dieted months ago. I tried a new resto.

It was delicious.

Simone came over in the evening. I watched Holland play Spain in the soccer world cup. Great game!

I went to my car in the evening to take the air cleaner home. I need to make a fitting for the PCV intake-hose.

No smoking

On my way to work this momma duck was sunbathing with her little babies.

I saw this piccie while on the bus. I like it. It makes perfectly clear what the problem with smoking is... It's disgusting!

Junior Masterchef Australia

"Ik verveel me zo" = "I'm so fucking bored".

I watched Masterchef Australia for kids. It's so awesome to see these kids cook better than I ever will!

Here they present their "tucker" to the jury.

They get to explain what they did and how they did it.

And then the jury tastes and judges the food.

In the evening I played squash with Mic.

Today was a bank holiday here in The Netherlands. Simone had to work unfortunately and I was home with the kids for the first time. It went well. I lived ;-)

Only thing was, I made no pictures...

The birthday

Today is Simone's little girl's birthday.

Quite some people dropped by and we made buns with sausages. It was a very nice day with a lot of people I had never seen before.
