My day at work ended totally shit because some colleagues really don't understand that professionalism is a two way street. You know, like everything, it's a game of give and take. And you have to know when to give and when to take. But some people only know how to take. They can reply to your email more than a week later with a question and when you don't answer quick enough they start chasing you. Well, up yours!

I felt quite shit walking home, upset even. Until I saw these young swans. Beautiful new life.
