Oil?

Yes, mornings are definately darker these days...

In the evening I drove to my Mustang to check out a couple of things. One of them was locating my harmonic balancer on which the timing marks reside. Well, there it is, including the timing marks :-)
It's in a shit spot though coz half the engine is built on top of it...

I also took the airfilter off to see how things looked underneath. Carb looks clean which is good.

The inside of the aircleaner lid seemed a bit dirty though but I don't know what to make of it...

It looked like a bit of oil splatter but from where???
