Waiting for the tram on a lovely, crispy spring morning. It was gonna be warm.
In the evening my appointment got cancelled so instead of meeting at the station I met Marjolein at the IJ-kantine close to my work where we had dinner.
Marjolein making pictures of the sunset.
A thing to tie your ship to.
Ships like this for example. The "Sirius" owned by Greenpeace.
We took the ferry across.
After a few drinks in Mulligans we walked back to the station.
But not before eating a midnight snack (pancake!) at the fun fair.
Waiting for my tram home almost exactly 16 hours after I waited in the morning...

is that railway lines on the street behind you? they seem to have a lot of trams in amsterdam. i think they should have trams in london, proper long trains riding down the street.
we do have tonkie sort of trams down south london but they're only 2 carriages and not proper long trams like i want. i want ones that are 10 carriage long to inconvenience the traffic, serves people right for clogging up the roads with their cars: har har
