I spotted literally hundreds of tiny green fishies in a pond near the clinic last time I went to see a dr. I really hate medics, so it certainly brightned my day seeing these tiny things pinging about the pond. They were bright green when the sunlight caught them. I think they were fully grown... I was trying to find out what types of fish they were because I believed there were only 3 species of British coldwater fish. DUR! That's snakes! 3 species of snakes. There's about 3000 types of British fish, so it's a real needle in a haystack trying to identify the bloody things. Unless I could catch one and photograph it swimming round a pint glass or something... Know what I mean.
You should have caught that fishie. Could have got a free tea out of it!
Apparently river and pond fish literally do taste of rivers and ponds though. When you eat carp you literally have to put them in clear water to swim in for a couple of days before you kill them so their systems can clear out of Weed Flavouring... know what I mean!!
