9AM, buying bread and milk. We didn't have any but the bakery did, and it was fresh :-)
This is the cross-training programme I do these days. Originally the second half goes all the way down again but I made it a bit harder. I quite like it.
Then it was on to the market. It was VERY busy.
I saw some awesome fruit. It smelled fantastic too!

OMG what is thhat alien fruit! Those green globs to the left that the sign says custard apples and cocos at the bottom.....and that large green thing, very textured is the only word I cam come up with.
@ Craig: That large apparatus is the Jack fruit apparently :-)
wat zijn custard apples? nog nooit gezien, het lijkt op een grote wrat, waar smaak het naar?
@ ma: Ik heb geen idee waar het naar smaakt. Maar die hele grote rook heel erg lekker. Beetje zoals een fruitsalade.
