Impro-dinner

Nothing much happened today. I worked from home. My ribs are a fair bit better so at least I can sleep normal again. I improvised my dinner tonight. Food-improvising is very difficult for me. I was rewarded with a great tasting meal with lots of veggies. I know at least 1 person who'll be proud of me for eating so many veggies ;-)

PS: I had to use all the potatoes otherwise there would be too few left for a meal and I knew I'd throw them away eventually. So yeah, OK, it's a bit heavy on the patato-side. Sue me :-P
