The Luvbus

In Rundle mall they were making sand sculptures of Santa and naughty gnomes pulling his hat off. The latter is not visible in this picture I think. We went to Rundle mall to get bed linen. It's bloody retarded. They sell King single mattresses here but they don't sell any covers that cover both at the same time. We have 2 seperate mattresses and we want only 1 cover but it seems impossible. At least we managed to get 2 single covers and pillowcases so we can sleep on it when it's finished. The bed slats (lattenbodem) still have to be made you see.

When we parked to go to the central market for lunch and some cherries we spotted some cool plates again. This is the "LUVBUS". I wonder what goes on inside that car!

Right next to it was a car with a plate that said "TAURN". I reckon this person is a World of Warcraft player in which "Tauren" is a race you can play. I myself play a Tauren druid for instance.

We went to our favorite Thai place at the food plaza next to the Central Market.

Nicole had a "sizling" plate of veggies and big-ass prawns in Thai sauce. It was steaming and bubbling indeed.

In Australia all kids that go to school (up to a certain age) have to wear school uniforms. Pictured are 2 different uniforms. I reckon it's a good thing because this way all kids are more equal. It makes them all look really christian though...

Nicole buying cherries for her mom.

In the evening we went to Karin and Gav's place for dins0r. Nic cooked tagliatella with broccoli in a creamy sauce with Pecorino cheese on top which was rather lovely. Mason has to stay in his beanbag when he's inside but he's always trying to lean out as far as possible. He's a very sneaky little dog but also a cuty-pie.

Karin, Nicole and Gavin with a well-filled guts before the cricket match (Aus-NZ Twenty20) started.

Everything looks so much more... kind of almost slouchily relaxed in Australia than in Holland, would you agree? ... e.g. that dog!

ps and I'm not surprised they have to sculpt out of sand. Ice would melt!!

Great. Mason from two angles. It's amazing what two photobloggers can do! LOL.

@ Gled: It is more relaxed here. I reckon it has partly to do with the weather. Bit warmer, people get a bit slower. If you rush too much you overheat etc etc.

@ Kona and Sn33z0r: Haha, smartypants eh? We did photograph Mason almost the same moment. It's not easy competing for pictures!

@ Ilse: Ik weet niet wie er in de bus zit. LUV mag ook, zou wel lachen zijn hehe.

@ Jeb: Hee man! Hoest? Leuk dat je wat van jullie laat horen! Alles is OK hier, we doen het ontzettend rustig aan. Nicole rijdt al jaren hier. Doet ze heel goed. Nu ik nog ;-) Groetjes aan Suus!
