The club

First thing: Shopping. Photographed the meat section. Dunno why, looked impressive. Maybe coz the night before I saw how to make carpachio and it seemed really easy and VERY try-able.

I have to cut a wide piece of PVC pipe and I dunno quite how. So I wanted to try and use the big cutter that we have here.

It was the first time I used it so it was strange and scary, I was being very carefull. Cutting was off. It turns out that the blade is not fixed on a exact 90 degree angle...

In the evening we went to the Croatian club to have dinner. It was quite busy.

Mira came to say hello.

Karin and Vicky were cooking.

Tony was working the bar.

Outside it was pretty warm but some brave hearts were still playing croatian "jeu de boules".

This is the main building.

that is a lot of meat... and re the bottom photo "main building"... hey I never knew Adelaide was quite so hot and arid. That looks like how I'd imagine Texas to be

@ Gled: Adelaide is actually a very green city, one of the greenest around Australia I reckon. You can see "dry" spots like this because it's been dryer than usual here the past few years with waterlevels dropping everywhere unfortunately...

Ha Vincent,
Kwam er zojuist achter dat je een blog hebt, dus via deze weg veel geluk down under in 2008. Sharepoint is still live and kicking bij de weg :-)

groet, Hugo (Furore)

@ Hugo: Hee!
